Founded in 1907, the Northern Caribbean University is a private higher education institution located in the large town of Mandeville (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Manchester. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Youth of Jamaica, Northern Caribbean University (NCU) is a small sized (uniRank enrollment range: 5,000-5,999 students) coeducational Jamaican higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Adventist religion. Northern Caribbean University (NCU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor's degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
