The library of the International Higher School of Medicine was established in 2003. It serves as an essential structural unit of the IHSM, providing support for learning, educational, and scientific processes, and granting access to domestic and global knowledge and information.

As of June 1, 2023, the total number of storage units in the library's collection is 18,916 copies, which includes 15,438 printed editions and 3,478 electronic editions.

The library's resources are distributed across four educational buildings, featuring four subscriptions and reading rooms, along with three computer rooms equipped with 259 seats. The library covers a total area of 893.7m2.

Within the library, there is a computer park consisting of 109 computers with internet access, complemented by free Wi-Fi availability. Additionally, there are 6 office combines (3x1) for scanning and printing educational and training materials. Visitors can access and utilize audio and video materials, and the library also offers a projector and a screen for lectures, training seminars, presentations, and other information events.

The IHSM offers housing options with two-, three-, and four-bedded rooms:

The rooms are furnished with beds, chairs, a large study table, a wardrobe, and bedside nightstands.
Pillows, bed sheets, mattresses, quilts, and blankets are provided by hostel wardens.
Each room has a large window for ventilation.
Some accommodation places at IHSM have washing machines for students to do their own laundry.
In other places, special service personnel are hired to collect, wash, and iron dirty clothes for students.
Additional staff have been appointed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in IHSM hostels.
Rooms are cleaned and wiped daily.
Toilets and bathrooms are also cleaned daily with antiseptics and detergents.
Transportation is provided for 1st year students to and from the School
