Founded in 1973, the Mauritius Institute of Education is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large town of Moka (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Moka District. Officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Mauritius, Mauritius Institute of Education (MIE) is a coeducational Mauritian higher education institution.
