Established in 2018, the OsloMet (Oslo Metropolitan University) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Oslo (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). This institution also has a branch campus in Kjeller. Officially recognized by the Kunnskapsdepartementet, Norge (Ministry of Education of Norway), OsloMet (OsloMet) is a large sized (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational Norwegian higher education institution. OsloMet (OsloMet) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
