Established in 1969, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (Ministerstvo školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy České republiky) is a government ministry responsible for the development and implementation of policies related to education, youth issues and sports in the country. Its main tasks include: - Developing and implementing policies related to pre-university education, vocational training and higher education. - Overseeing and managing public schools, universities and research centers. - Supporting youth initiatives and programs, including youth organizations and activities. - Promoting and developing sports activities and programs. The Ministerstvo školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy České republiky works to ensure that all Czech citizens have access to quality education and training opportunities, as well as opportunities for youth engagement and sports activities.
